Microbial Growth

This microbial growth was found within the walls of this commercial property following a major leak. The source of the damage was a water line that had been leaking for quite a while. 

SERVPRO crew members had to wear proper protection, move furniture out of the work area, and seal off the room. An air scrubber was needed and all work was performed under negative pressure. Dry wall had to be removed and the HVAC was treated and cleaned. Debris was cleaned up, everything was treated and wiped down, and the air scrubber was left overnight.
