Water Damage to Commercial Property

This is a commercial water damage that happened at an apartment complex located in Brewton, AL. A water line in the laundry room of one of the 2nd floor apartments broke and flooded down to the first floor. The power, walls, ceilings, and carpet were all affected which led to removal (tear out) of ceilings, flooring, and baseboards and checking for moisture in uneasily detected areas.
