Moisture and Mold

This hot tub had microbial growth found on the outside of it and on the drywall of the room where it was stored. The source was from the heater, which had been leaking for quite a while. 

The SERVPRO crew had to wear proper protection, move furniture out of work area, and seal off the room. An air scrubber was needed and all work was performed under negative pressure. Dry wall had to be cut and the HVAC was treated and cleaned. Debris was cleaned up, everything treated and wiped down, and the air scrubber was left overnight.
