Residential Water Damage

This residential water damage was caused by a sewage backup in the shower and toilet. The overflow affected four rooms with tile, carpet, and drywall in the main level of the home. With Category 3 water damage, we are required to remove all porous materials including the carpet, drywall, and baseboards. This loss was called in at 9:00pm, our first responder was on site by 9:30pm, and we had a crew there starting the mitigation process by 10:30pm. The SERVPRO crew worked through the night pulling the carpet, cutting the drywall, and setting drying equipment. This home was completely dry just 2 days after the loss occurred.
